Cookie Cutters Franchising, Inc., together with itsindependently owned and operated Cookie Cutters / Cookie Cutters Haircuts forKids salon locations, 8 E Broadway, Suite 201, Salt Lake City, UT 84111(“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The “Back to School Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States (excluding New York) or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Canada and New York are not eligible. Employees, officers, directors, franchise owners, independent contractors and agents of Sponsor, its parents,subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws apply. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Begins at 12:00a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on July 25 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on September 14 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Gleam.io’s server clock is the official timekeeper.

4. Agreement to Rules

By participating, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters.

5. How to Enter

A. Online Entry (Gleam.io Widget)

Visit https://www.haircutsarefun.com/backtoschool#giveaway during the Promotion Period, complete the entry form, and satisfy any verification checks (e-mail validation and anti-fraud score) required by Sponsor. Optional bonus actions provide additional entries; none require a purchase.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

Hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone and e-mail on a postcard and mail to: Back to School Giveaway AMOE, 8 E Broadway #201,Salt Lake City, UT 84111. Postcards must be post-marked by September 14 2025 and received by September 21 2025. Each valid postcard receives the maximum number of entries offered online that same calendar day.

C. Entry Limits

One (1) Online Entry or AMOE postcard per person/e-mail per day; limit one (1) prize per household. Multiple entries using bots, scripts, macros or multiple e-mails, identities, or devices to circumvent limits will void all associated entries. Standard data rates apply; app download not required for entry.

D. Social-Media Compliance

Entry tasks will not require sharing on personal timelines, tagging friends, or posting more than once per day, in accordance with social-platform promotion guidelines.

E. Registration/Bonding Contingency

If total prize ARV exceeds US $5,000, Sponsor will register and post a surety bond in Florida prior to the Promotion Period; if an in-store entry method is added in Rhode Island and the prize pool exceeds US $500,Sponsor will register there as well.

6. Prizes

Gift-card terms: no fees; valid only at participating Cookie Cutters salons;will not expire sooner than five (5) years from issuance; cash redemption provided where required by law. Actual or appraised value may differ at time of award. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes; if aggregate 2025 winnings equal or exceed US $600, Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC. Prizes ship only to U.S. addresses within four-to-six (4–6)weeks after verification.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about September 23 2025 from all eligible entries. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail within seven (7) business days. Sponsor is not responsible for e-mails lost, misdirected or blocked by spam filters. To claim a prize, potential winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release and, if applicable, IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of notification. Non-compliance, inability to contact a potential winner, or returned notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.

9. Rights Granted by Entrants

If user-generated content (photo, video, text, etc.) is requested, entrant represents that the submission is original and grants Sponsor and its licensees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish and display such content, along with entrant’s name, likeness and biographical details, for advertising and promotion without further notice or compensation.Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold Sponsor harmless from any third-party claims arising from such content.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness and prize information for advertising and trade without additional compensation.

11. General Conditions

No fee is required to enter or claim a prize. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if a virus, bug, fraud, unauthorized human intervention or other cause corrupts or affects administration, security,fairness or proper conduct. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules, and to void suspect entries, including entries from the same IP address beyond thestated limit or the use of automated methods.

12. Release, Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

By entering,entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Crowd9 Pty Ltd (d/b/a Gleam),social-media platforms, and all affiliated entities and individuals from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss or claim arising from: (i)participation; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; (iii) technical errors of any kind; (iv) lost, late, misdirected, postage-due or undeliverable mail; (v)printing or typographical errors; or (vi) acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. In no event will the released parties’ liability exceed the cost of entering, and entrant waives all rights to punitive, incidental or consequential damages and attorneys’ fees.

13. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://www.haircutsarefun.com/legal/privacy-policy) and Gleam’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor will use personal data solely for administration unless entrant affirmatively opts-in to marketing communications, in which case CAN-SPAM and CPRA rights apply.

14. Disputes / Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without class action,exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.Entrants waive the right to a jury trial and to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages or to have damages multiplied or increased.

15. Winners List

For the first name, last initial, city and state of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above, Attn: “Winners List – Back to School Giveaway,” post-marked by September 30 2025.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta,X (Twitter), Google, Apple, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, orany other platform. Entrants understand they are providing information to Sponsor, not to any social-media company. This Sweepstakes is powered by Crowd9Pty Ltd (“Gleam”); Gleam does not sponsor, administer, endorse, or bear liability for this promotion.

17. Franchise-Law Disclaimer

THIS PROMOTIONIS NOT A FRANCHISE OFFER. No statement herein or on Sponsor’s website constitutes an offer to sell a franchise. Franchises are offered only through delivery of a valid Franchise Disclosure Document in compliance with the FTC Franchise Rule and applicable state franchise laws. Residents of registration states (including CA, HI, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, ND, RI, SD, VA, WA or WI) will not be offered a franchise until Sponsor is registered and in compliance with state law.
